Our company was established in 2014 and focuses on the sales of various types of auto parts and engineering machinery parts. In 2020, we established a branch production base covering an area of 26,000 square meters. The facility mainly produces forging blanks, semi-finished products, and finished products for spare parts in various industries such as automobiles, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, hydraulics, and forklift attachments.
We operate three precision forging production lines (630T, 1000T, and 1600T) with an annual output value exceeding 80 million yuan. Our facility is equipped with a full range of testing equipment, including three-coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, profilers, and projectors. Pro-E and CAD/CAM technologies are widely used in product and mold design.
With strong new product development capabilities, we can develop qualified products within three weeks based on customer needs. Our forging process features medium-frequency heating equipment with automatic temperature control and sorting. We also maintain dozens of machining centers and CNC lathes. We are certified under ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and IATF16949 quality systems.
