How long is the product warranty?
We provide 24 months or 2500 hours for the whole machine from the on-board time.
What is the typical delivery time?
Usually, production time is 15-20 days after receiving the advanced payment. For standard products, we may have stock for immediate delivery.
What is the battery life and continuous working time for electric series?
Continuous working time is around 4-6 hours depending on battery volume and operation. Using DIN standard battery technology, it can work for up to 6 years without problems.
Do you provide customized products (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, we can provide customized products per your request. Both OEM and ODM are acceptable, and we specialize in non-standard product solutions.
What are the specifications of the chargers?
Our chargers' voltage can be 110V, 220V, 240V, 380V, or 415V (1 phase or 3 phases, 50/60HZ). Power plugs are available in USA/UK/Australia/European standards.
Can we request a specific color for the machines?
Yes, we offer various colors including orange, red, white, green, and blue. You simply need to provide us with the RAL code.
