Our various styles and sizes of bins are manufactured to suit different uses, including skip bins, tipping bins, front lift bins, and rear lift bins.
Structural Strength: These bins are engineered to be some of the strongest on the market, featuring floors, doors, and rows of 100 x 80 mm and a 100 x 100 mm channel along the sides and under the floor.
Reinforcement: All reinforcing joins along both sides are fully welded and include a 10 mm plate added to each side of the joins for extra durability.
The door hinges utilize 30 mm steel shafts, while the locking mechanism is constructed with 12 mm steel plates. For enhanced security, a ratchet lock can be added as an optional feature. Additionally, both sides of the bin feature 100 mm chamfers along the full length of the floor to reduce dirt or content build-up.
Customization: We offer a range of modifications to suit specific requirements, including rated crane lift pad eyes, oversize fork pockets, and top swing watertight doors. Any RAL color choice is available with high-quality industrial enamel paint.
